What time is check-in?List Item 1Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. If you arrive early at the hotel, we will be happy to store your luggage for you. Early check-in is subject to the availability of our hotel and has a fee, depending on the time, but it is not a mandatory or guaranteed service. If you wish to guarantee a room at your disposal if you arrive before 3:00 p.m., we invite you to make a reservation one night in advance, so that your room can be ready when you arrive. An important point to take into account is that no matter how late your check-in is, the full night will be charged, even if you arrive at 12 at night or later, there will be no discount and in no case will there be late check-out.

Are children allowed? Or what does it mean that it is an adults-only hotel?List Item 2The main feature of Hotel Amaca is that it is a hotel for people over 18 years old only, as we want to be an option for those families, couples or adults who want to enjoy their vacation or business trip, free of children. If you want to spend a getaway with your partner, celebrate a bachelorette party, or simply want to take a trip alone, we are your best option.

Is Hotel Amaca a Pet Friendly hotel?List Item 4We are pleased to confirm that Hotel Amaca is a pet-friendly hotel, but we only accept small and medium-sized pets. There is a maximum of two small pets or one medium-sized pet per room. *Whether they are companion pets or emotional support pets, they must pay the pet fee.* The cost per pet is $300.00 per pet, per night.

What does it mean that all access is via stairs?Currently, Hotel Amaca does not have an elevator and all access to and within the hotel is via stairs. For this reason, we are not recommended for people with reduced mobility, knee, back or heart problems. We have two units at street level. When calling, ask for the studios so we can give you information in case you decide to stay with us and want to avoid using stairs. Thank you for your understanding.

Does Hotel Amaca provide transportation?List Item 1Hotel Amaca – Adults Only – Puerto Vallarta does not offer transportation service, but you can take a taxi or there is also the Uber platform, which is a mobile application that you can download to your cell phone. This is a cheaper and easier to use option.

I made a reservation through an agency, can I choose my room?List Item 2Room selection is a privilege that Hotel Amaca only grants to guests who have booked directly, either by phone, official website or by email with our direct reservations staff. How can I find out what room number I have? Since the system can make automated changes, it is difficult to confirm your room assignment until the day you check in. We can only confirm that you will receive the room that has the characteristics described on the external portal where you made your reservation.

Do you have parking?List Item 3We are pleased to confirm that at Hotel AMACA we have free parking for our guests, there is enough space to accommodate, but sometimes, it will be necessary to leave your key at reception in case the exit of another car is blocked. It is a secure parking lot, attached to the property and has a surveillance camera, for added security.

Do you have luggage storage?List Item 4Check-out is at 12:00, but if you want to continue exploring the city, we can store your luggage for up to 6 hours. Can I still use the facilities even though I have already checked out? You may still be able to use the facilities, such as the terrace, the pool and the bathrooms in the public area, but the amenities, such as beach towels, coffee, fruit and so on, are now exclusive to current guests.

Where is Hotel Amaca located?List Item 1Hotel Amaca is known for having a very strategic location. Since we are located in the Romantic Zone, just 300 meters from Playa Los Muertos, the most emblematic beach in town. Just 150 meters from Av. Olas Altas, the main avenue of the area where there are a variety of bars and restaurants. As well as just 20 minutes by car from Mismaloya and the cleanest beaches of Bahía de Banderas, such as: Conchas Chinas, Las Gemelas, etc. And 40 minutes from Boca de Tomatlán, Las Ánimas, Colomitos, Majahuitas, Yelapa, among others.

I made a reservation for 2 people, in a room with two beds... can we have another person?List Item 3It is correct that the number of occupants in a room with two beds is 4 adults. However, the base price on both www.hotelamaca.com and the agencies is only the same for one and two people; more than two people are considered an extra person, which will generate a charge of $350.00 per extra person. The cost of the extra person will have to be covered when this person checks in, otherwise, access will be denied. The price is per person, per night.

Can I have visitors at the hotel?List Item 4Visitors are allowed and welcome from 9 am to 11 pm. However, visitors will not be able to enjoy the same benefits and amenities that Hotel Amaca offers its guests, such as access to the pool, terrace or use of our assets. Outside of visiting hours, if a guest wants to enter the hotel for a visit, if the number does not exceed the maximum occupancy of the room, the visitor will be considered as an extra person, but this will have a charge of $400.00 per person. As a security measure, all visitors will have to leave their identification at the reception and also register their entry and exit in the guest book. And as a registered guest, remember that you are responsible for your visit at all times and places within the hotel, as well as any damage that your visit may cause. Only a maximum of 2 visitors per room are allowed. Visitors will not have access to the pool or terrace. Visitors may access the bar or restaurant, with a minimum consumption of 250 pesos per person.
