Rates The rates published on our website are calculated per night and apply only to online bookings. All prices are in Mexican pesos and include taxes such as VAT. Please note that rates are accurate at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice.
Reservations Reservations can be made through our website or by calling directly. A deposit is required to confirm the reservation. You will receive a confirmation within 2 business days, as reservations are not confirmed automatically.
Check-in and Check-out Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed before 12:00 p.m. Late check-outs without prior notice will incur a penalty that may reach the value of 10 nights. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur a charge of up to 100% of the night’s cost.
Deposit Guarantee A deposit equivalent to $1,000.00 MXN in cash is required to secure the kit that is given to you at check-in that includes keys and controls. At check-out, our receptionists upon receiving the keys and controls kit, they will proceed to deliver the $1,000.00 MXN that you left as a deposit.
Stay Extension If you wish to extend your stay, this extension will be subject to room availability and the rates in effect at that time, which may differ from your original booking.
Changes, Cancellations, and "No Show" Policy Changes to reservations are subject to room availability. Cancellation policies vary by season: in low season, we offer a 100% refund if canceled 72 hours before arrival. In high season, a full refund is available only if canceled at least 18 days in advance. For Christmas and New Year’s, no refunds will be offered.
Pet Policy We accept small to medium-sized pets with an additional charge of $300 MXN per night. Pets must be under constant supervision and are not allowed in the pool. If any disturbance or damage is caused, the owner will be responsible for the costs.
Additional Guests Rates are based on single or double occupancy. If additional adults stay, a charge of $350 MXN per extra person, per night will apply. Exceeding the maximum number of occupants per room is not allowed.
Guest Behavior We expect all guests to maintain appropriate behavior. Actions that disturb the hotel’s peace, such as excessive noise, intoxication, or unauthorized events, may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Additionally, guests will be responsible for any damages caused.
Non-Smoking Policy Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. A fine of $20,000 MXN will apply if this rule is violated. Additional damages caused by smoking, such as burns on sheets, will also be charged.
Parking We offer free parking to our guests. In some cases, you may be required to leave your vehicle’s key at reception to facilitate movement in the parking area.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on our website.
